Hi, I'm Sinead Thoroughgood
I’m a Social Worker, wellness coach, retreat facilitator, meditation teacher, Mum, group fitness trainer and workshop facilitator who has spent years helping women move from burnout and overwhelm into balance, calm and sustainable wellbeing.
