Sinead established Top2Toe Fitness in 2016 and continues to offer a wonderful, nurturing, holistic approach to Fitness and Wellbeing in her local community. Based in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Top2Toe Fitness has helped hundreds of local women looking to unlock a whole new level of awareness, energy and be inspired to take charge of their health and well-being.

With 15 years of experience in Social Work and a background in Psychology, Sinead brings a unique blend of expertise and wisdom to her practice.
As a Personal Trainer for over 10 years, an Accredited Nutrition Coach, Life Coach, Neuroscience Coach, and Certified Meditation Teacher, Sinead offers a holistic approach that empowers you to take charge of your entire health and well-being. Her passion is to inspire women to become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
Based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Sinead has guided hundreds of women to unlock a new level of awareness, energy and confidence, helping them transform their health and reclaim their vitality.
