You will embrace the art of mindfulness & journaling, taking part in a fire ceremony to let go of old energy and set new winter Intentions. Lucinda Varney will take us through a 1hr meditation sequence of deep relaxation and stillness and a 1hr sound healing for inner harmony and restorative energy for the winter months. Refresh your spirit with a short revitalising beach walk and savour delicious winter soups and warming recipes to soothe the soul.
